What is the return/exchange policy?
Most products are made to order, so there is no extra inventory for size exchanges. However, if you receive a product that is damaged in any way, a replacement will happily be sent your way. Just fill out the contact form above!
Can I request a product or design?
Of course! We always love new design and product ideas. Type out your thoughts in the comment box above or message us on Instagram @anovelidea_writershop. If your design or idea is used, we’ll send you one of the created items as a thank you!
What should I do if I don't see my size listed?
Send in an email or fill out the form above! Most shirts can be custom made in larger sizes, and we’d be happy to work with you to help you find the right color and size for any design you have your eye on.
How often will I receive emails if I signup for the newsletter?
If you sign up for email notifications, you’ll only be contacted when new products are released or a sale is currently active.
